Matthew Schwab
CEO & DIRECTOR
- Acclaimed exploration geologist based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with more than a decade of experience contributing to the discovery and development of significant uranium deposits.
- Instrumental in the 2014 discovery of the Arrow uranium deposit in the southwestern Athabasca Basin while serving as Senior Exploration Geologist at NexGen Energy Ltd. [TSX/NYSE: NXE; ASX: NXG].
- Member of the Hathor Exploration Ltd. development team that advanced the Roughrider deposit through to its sale to Rio Tinto [LSE/ASX/NYSE: RIO] for $654 million in 2012.
- Former CEO of Kraken Energy Corp. and co-founder and SVP of Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., with additional experience as President, Senior Advisor and Founder of multiple mineral exploration and E&P consulting firms.
Darren Slugoski
VP EXPLORATION CANADA
- Exploration geologist with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan and more than a decade of mineral exploration experience.
- Brings extensive Athabasca Basin uranium exploration experience, with a strong focus on Saskatchewan’s Patterson Lake trend and the development and management of uranium exploration programs.
- Played a key role in exploration work centred around the Spitfire deposit in the Western Athabasca Basin.
- Part of Stallion’s technical leadership team focused on advancing exploration across the company’s Athabasca Basin uranium portfolio.
Paulo Santos
CFO
- Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, with 20+ years of accounting, auditing, regulatory, public company and M&A experience in the mining industry.
- Former CFO of Elevation Gold Mining Corporation, Interim CFO and VP Finance of Calibre Mining Corp. [formerly TSX: CXB; OTCQX: CXBMF, acquired by Equinox Gold [TSX/NYSE-A: EQX] in 2025], CFO of Northern Empire Resources Corporation, and Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Newmarket Gold Inc.
- Currently serves as CFO of StrikePoint Gold Inc. [TSXV: SKP; OTCQB: STKXF].
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Simon Fraser University.
Knox Henderson
HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS
- Capital markets advisor with 20+ years of experience supporting significant transactions, shareholder value creation and profitable exits.
- Contributed to numerous financings across multiple sectors, bringing both issuer-side communications experience and market-facing capital markets expertise.
- Led investor communications for two major Canadian mineral discoveries: Great Bear Resources’ Dixie Project in Ontario, acquired by Kinross Gold [TSX: K; NYSE: KGC] for $1.8 billion, and Kodiak Copper’s MPD Project in British Columbia.
- Former securities trader in the Canadian equities markets; holds a Canadian Securities Course designation and an undergraduate background in journalism.
Kelly Pladson
CORPORATE SECRETARY
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliance professional supporting TSX Venture and CSE-listed companies since 2009.
- Works closely with executive leadership and legal counsel to maintain corporate records and support the day-to-day administrative operations of public companies.
- Experienced in coordinating securities commission and exchange filings, helping ensure corporate disclosure and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on deadline.
- Provides Stallion with public-company governance support across corporate records, compliance processes and filing requirements.

Terri Anne Welyki
DIRECTOR
- Mining sector professional with more than 15 years of experience working with public and private mining companies across North and South America.
- Has worked with companies including Calico Resources, EMC Green Group S.A. and Barksdale Resources [TSXV: BRO; OTCQX: BRKCF].
- Brings broad industry experience spanning financing, permitting and stakeholder management, supporting companies through key corporate and project development requirements.
- Has worked across the United States, Peru and Canada, providing Stallion with cross-jurisdictional mining sector experience.
Peter Dembicki
DIRECTOR
- Corporate finance and wealth management professional with more than 10 years of experience across capital markets, public company strategy, corporate governance and marketing.
- Brings extensive capital raising experience in the mining and natural resource sectors, including prior work at Canaccord Genuity where he led multimillion-dollar financings for public and private companies.
- Currently President and CEO of Tier One Silver [TSXV: TSLV; OTCQB: TSLVF], where he is focused on exploration and discovery opportunities in South America.
- Holds CSC, CPH and WME designations, and earned a degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
Drew Zimmerman
DIRECTOR
- Capital markets professional with nine years of public markets experience, including eight years at a national brokerage firm.
- Progressed from investment advisor to derivatives portfolio manager, applying a global thematic investment lens with a focus on commodity markets.
- CFA charter holder with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria.
- Provides Stallion with capital markets, commodities and portfolio management experience aligned with the company’s uranium-focused exploration strategy.
