Hybrid Announces Approval of Name Change to Stallion Gold Corp. and New Trading Symbol
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 15, 2021 – Hybrid Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: HZ) (Frankfurt: HM4) (“Hybrid” or the “Company”) is excited to announce that further to the announcement of June 1st, 2021, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has approved the Company’s name change from Hybrid Minerals Inc. to Stallion Gold Corp. The Company will also change its trading symbol from “HZ” to “STUD” on the TSXV. The effective date in which the Company will begin trading under the new name, symbol and CUSIP number is June 16, 2021.
Hybrid CEO, Mr. Drew Zimmerman, said: “To have this essential piece of the rebranding process complete allows us to further convey to our shareholders and other stakeholders the intentions and ambitions of the company. We are a focused precious metals and critical minerals exploration company holding the large and vastly underexplored Horse Heaven Gold Project in Idaho and now our name and symbol align with that.”
The Company’s new CUSIP number is 852589100 and the transfer agent of the Company continues to be Computershare Investor Services Inc. There is no change in the capitalization of the Company in connection with the change of name and trading symbol. No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change and trading symbol change. Shareholders holding share certificates of the Company can request a replacement certificate, however new certificates are not required and will not be automatically issued.
