Peter Dembicki
Mr. Dembicki has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and wealth management, with extensive capital markets expertise in capital raising, corporate governance, and marketing. At Canaccord Genuity, he led multimillion-dollar financings for public and private companies in the mining and natural resource sectors. He obtained CSC, CPH, and WME designations and is a University of Washington graduate with a degree in Communications. Currently, Mr. Dembicki is President and CEO of Tier One Silver, where he is concentrating on exploration and discoveries in South America.
Jay Martin
Mr. Martin brings to the company a history of project development and corporate consultative work in both the public and private markets. He is the CEO of Cambridge House International Inc., and since 2011 he has expanded Cambridge House from Canada's leading junior mining conferences to become Canada's most recognizable brand in public venture capital. Today Cambridge House produces the largest investment conferences in the country in both technology and natural resources and hosts the largest video library of investment content in Canada. Jay sits on the board of the Entrepreneur Organization, a global business community of over 12,000 leading entrepreneurs in 53 countries worldwide.
Terri Anne Welyki
Ms. Welyki has more than 15 years of experience working with public and private mining companies, including Calico Resources, EMC Green Group S.A. and Barksdale Resources. She has broad knowledge of the mining industry, including financing, permitting, and stakeholder management and has worked across the United States, Peru and Canada.
Matthew Schwab
Mr. Schwab is an acclaimed exploration geologist located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where his work over the past decade has contributed to the discovery and development of multiple significant uranium deposits. Most recently Mr. Schwab was the CEO of Kraken Energy Corp. In 2014, while Mr. Schwab was the Senior Exploration Geologist at NexGen Energy Ltd. he was instrumental in the discovery of the Arrow uranium deposit located in the southwestern Athabasca Basin. Mr. Schwab was also a member of the Hathor Exploration Ltd. development team and contributed to the sale of the Roughrider deposit to Rio Tinto for $654M in 2012. Prior roles also include being co-founder and SVP of Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., former President, Senior Advisor and Founder of multiple successful private mineral exploration and E&P consulting firms in Canadian mining and petroleum industries.
Drew Zimmerman
Mr. Zimmerman has been involved in public markets for nine years, eight of which were at a national brokerage firm. Over that time Mr. Zimmerman grew his role from an investment advisor to a derivatives portfolio manager utilizing a global thematic lens with a focus on commodity markets. Mr. Zimmerman is a CFA charter holder and holds a bachelor of commerce in international business from the University of Victoria.
